Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of all orders, each project requires unique setup and production processes; therefore, all sales are final. If, upon review, we verify that an error was made on our part, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

For rush, urgent, or priority orders requested by the customer, refund or credit eligibility does not apply. To meet expedited deadlines, production is carried out at an accelerated pace, and as such, all rush-order charges, including expedited printing and shipping fees—are strictly non-refundable, regardless of any return or claim.

Customers must notify us of any issues within 3 business days of receiving their order. To qualify for a reprint/refund, at least 99% of the affected goods must be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Please note that no reprint or refunds will be provided if products are not returned.

Hard Copy Sampling Refund:

If a customer orders a hard copy sample with their order, a minimal amount is charged for the sample with the full deposit of the order amount. The tooling and cutter costs are adjusted in the bulk run of the full complete order. If a customer requires a refund after the sample is not approved, a refund is only possible if the sample does not meet the artwork approved and there are issues with the quality of the boxes ( with proof supplied). If a customer dislikes a sample without any reason, the full tooling cost of $200 or more will be charged upon the company’s discretion.
