At Bee Printers, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in producing high-quality custom packaging tailored to your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or replacement according to the terms below.

Bee Printers is operated under Kumhaar LLC, a legally registered business entity in the United States.


1. Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

  • To be eligible, returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products (including custom-printed boxes or packaging) are non-refundable once production has started, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  • Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item.


3. Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery for a different design, size, or packaging style (subject to approval).

  • Contact customer support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and exchange instructions.

  • Once the original item is received and verified, we will process your replacement promptly.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

  • We may request photos or videos of the damaged item to expedite the process.

  • You can choose either a replacement or a full refund.

  • In such cases, Bee Printers will cover all return shipping costs.


5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

  3. We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide step-by-step return instructions.
