Your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are custom printed to your specifications, please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect.

Custom Products

All packaging is produced specifically for you based on your approved design, size, and quantity. For this reason, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not matching your approved proof, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will promptly review and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or credit at no extra cost.

How to Request a Resolution

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. Once your design is approved and production has started, cancellations may not be possible, as materials and printing are already underway.
