At Bee Printers, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in producing high-quality custom packaging tailored to your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or replacement according to the terms below.
Bee Printers is operated under Kumhaar LLC, a legally registered business entity in the United States.
1. Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
To be eligible, returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products (including custom-printed boxes or packaging) are non-refundable once production has started, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item.
3. Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery for a different design, size, or packaging style (subject to approval).
Contact customer support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and exchange instructions.
Once the original item is received and verified, we will process your replacement promptly.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
We may request photos or videos of the damaged item to expedite the process.
You can choose either a replacement or a full refund.
In such cases, Bee Printers will cover all return shipping costs.
