Agreement to Terms
By visiting our website or placing an order with Bee Printers, you agree to be bound by all the rules and conditions mentioned here. We reserve the right to suspend or stop our services at any point—without prior notice—especially if your actions violate these terms, harm our business, or compromise our website.
These terms apply to all users of our site, including visitors, vendors, customers, and advertisers. If you’re not comfortable with these terms, we recommend you stop using our services.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, designs, and data—is the exclusive property of Bee Printers. You’re allowed to download or print sections of content for personal, non-commercial use, or when placing an order with us.
You are not permitted to reuse, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from our site for any commercial purposes. Doing so could violate intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to use Bee Printers’ logos, brand names, or any trademarks owned by us or our partners.
Do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials you download.
Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure the information on our site is clear and correct. However, we do not guarantee that everything is entirely accurate, current, complete, or free of errors.
You should verify any important information yourself. If you notice an error or out-of-date content, please reach out to us at info@beeprinters.com so we can fix it.
Pricing and Order Approval
Our product prices can change at any time without warning. Prices listed on the website aren’t fixed and may be updated regularly.
Because we offer custom printing, you’ll need to approve the final proof before we proceed with production. You have up to 6–8 hours after approval to cancel your order. If canceled after this window, a cancellation fee will apply.
We typically do not allow cancellations after 12–14 hours, and in such cases, the full order amount (including design and shipping costs) may be charged.
We also reserve the right to pause or discontinue any service without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses caused by changes in our pricing or services.
Submitting Artwork
To ensure high-quality printing, your artwork files must be submitted in 300 DPI and CMYK format. If you upload files that don’t meet these standards, we’re not responsible for poor print quality or color discrepancies.
The artwork you provide must be your own and must not contain offensive or illegal content. We reserve the right to reject any inappropriate designs.
Payment and Billing
Bee Printers reserves the right to accept or decline any payment or order. We may also set limits on the number of units per product or per person, as needed.
When placing an order, it’s your responsibility to provide accurate contact information, shipping address, and payment details, including valid credit card information.
We may cancel your order if we detect false or incomplete details.
Returns and Refunds
Because we produce custom packaging, we do not offer refunds. If your product arrives defective or incorrect, please notify us within three business days at info@beeprinters.com.
In such cases, we will reprint the product and deliver a corrected version based on your original specifications. Please allow 6–7 business days for the updated product to reach you.
However, in certain limited cases involving defective products or errors on our part, a reprint or partial refund may be issued.

Shipment & Delivery:
Our production process—including design, printing, and finishing—typically takes 5–7 business days. Shipping usually requires an additional 2–3 days.
Production starts only after we’ve reviewed and approved your uploaded files. While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by technical or logistical issues. If a delay occurs on our end, any applicable fees may be refunded.
Illegal & Prohibited Use:
You agree not to use our services or content for any illegal or harmful activity, including but not limited to:
- Violating our intellectual property rights
- Sharing false information
- Collecting personal data from other users
- Spamming or phishing
- Misrepresenting your identity
- Making our platform vulnerable to security risks
If you engage in any of these activities, we reserve the right to terminate your access and take legal action where necessary.
